NC Disability Action Network 2008 Statewide Congress

About the Event

The 2008 state congress serves as an annual meeting of the North Carolina Disability Action Network (NC DAN). We invite people with disabilities and others to attend to this meeting to share information, discuss issues and set a plan of ACTION for NC DAN in the upcoming year.

The congress will feature a dynamic keynote speaker in Billy Altom, a longtime disability advocate, who is the Executive Director of the Association of Programs for Rural Independent Living (APRIL).  In addition, the Congress will offer four great educational workshops focusing on disability rights and culture. 

Come join us as we take ACTION.
 

Registration Fee:  $30 per person

(Personal Assistants are not required to pay the registration fee)

Fee includes all materials, workshops and coffee/snack breaks
