Our goal is to increase and enhance the voting participation of citizens with disabilities through education about voting rights, accessibility, voter registration, and political issues vital to the community of persons with disabilities.

Our goal is to increase and enhance the voting participation of citizens with disabilities through education about voting rights, accessibility, voter registration, and political issues vital to the community of persons with disabilities. John Kemp, nationally known disabilities advocate and lawyer, is our keynote speaker. Other groups helping to provide voter education and advocacy include Disability Rights North Carolina, the League of Women Voters, and the State Board of Elections. We'll be providing Voter Registration opportunities and hosting a "Candidates' Reception" where NC voters with disabilities, their family members, friends, and professionals can meet with candidates to discuss relevant issues.


SCHOLORSHIPS:  Consumer and family financial assistance is available to attend this meeting.
